Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At WISEBUSINESS IT LTD, we are committed to providing excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process fair, transparent, and hassle-free.


1. Cancellations Before Project Start

  • If you change your mind, you may cancel your project within 7 days of signing the agreement and before any work begins.

  • In this case, you will receive a full refund of any upfront payments, including deposits (except for non-refundable third-party costs, if any).


2. Cancellations After Project Start

  • If you wish to cancel after work has started, we will calculate a fair refund based on:

    • The percentage of work already completed.

    • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (software, ad spend, hosting, etc.).

  • We will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of services.


3. Retainer & Ongoing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.)

  • For ongoing/retainer services, billing is done in advance on a monthly basis.

  • You may cancel at any time by providing 14 days’ written notice.

  • Any unused portion of the service period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.


4. Digital Products, Templates & Training (if applicable)

  • Digital downloads, templates, and training materials are delivered instantly.

  • For these, refunds are generally not available.

  • However, if you encounter technical issues or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a goodwill refund where possible.


5. Non-Refundable Payments

Certain costs are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed project deliverables (e.g., finished designs, audits, campaigns).

  • Third-party fees (domains, hosting, ad spend, or software bought specifically for your project).


6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To make things simple:

  1. Send us an email at billing@wisebusiness.net with your request.

  2. Include your project details and reason for cancellation.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.


7. Disputes & Client Satisfaction

Our priority is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us at support@wisebusiness.net before initiating a dispute. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date”.
