2. Engagement & Payment Terms

Retainers & Projects: We work on monatliche Zahlungsverpflichtungen or one-time projects.
Upfront Payment: Standard requirement is 3 months upfront; under special agreements, it can be reduced to 2 months.
Invoices: Sent at the start of the engagement and must be paid before service commencement.
Late Payments: May result in delayed service delivery until payment is received.

Respond promptly to requests, approvals, or feedback.
Respect the agreed timelines to ensure strategies and campaigns can achieve desired results.

4. Service Levels & Guarantees

We provide regular reports on performance, rankings, conversions, and campaign results.

5. Refunds & Termination

No Refund: Once services are fully delivered, or for non-refundable tools/products purchased for your campaigns.

WiseBusiness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our strategies and execution are guaranteed only if contract terms are fully respected.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by britisches Recht.
Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts unless otherwise mutually agreed.
